Job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Architecture Senior Analyst for its Irving, TX location. Duties: Responsible for shaping and executing an enterprise-wide API and AI/ML governance strategy that ensures scalable, secure, and standards-compliant API ecosystems. Design or develop automated testing tools. Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. Focuses on identifying, cataloging, and assessing API products and proxies, managing API and model lifecycles, and integrating ML-enabled services within modern microservices architectures. Identify program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. Monitor performance program to ensure efficient and problem-free operations. Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source. Apply ML-driven analytics to optimize API performance and lifecycle decisions, delivering actionable insights through visual dashboards, while designing automation tooling to streamline and enforce API governance across the enterprise. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards. Investigate customer problems referred to by technical support. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Conduct historical analyses of test results.

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation deploying APIs and microservices architecture. Five (5) years of experience must include: Defining an enterprise strategy to identify, catalog, and assess existing API products and proxies; Handling API lifecycle governance and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards; Integrating, optimizing, and continuously enhancing ML-enabled services within scalable API and microservices architectures; Implementing model governance and lifecycle management within API ecosystems, including versioning, monitoring, and deprecation strategies; Applying ML-driven insights to API analytics for optimization, automation, and lifecycle governance decisions and creating visual reports and dashboards; and Designing and developing tooling for automation of API governance process.
