Job description


Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage controls maintenance
  • Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting building management systems, life safety systems and lighting control systems
  • Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems (air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors, pumps)
  • Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial low voltage AC circuits.
  • Experience in repair of electronics
  • Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems
  • Candidate should also have a minimum 5 years' experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties
  • Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that department

Qualifications
  • Must possess an EPA card and or certifications in at least (2) of the following areas:
  • Plumbing and refrigeration
  • Welding and sheet metal
  • Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment, electrical switch gear, panels, high and low voltage AC circuits
  • Knowledge of audio, video, T.V. and control circuits
  • Experience in repair of kitchen appliances, small motors, and electronics
  • Must possess high school diploma
  • Ability to read, write and speak and understand English

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
  • Work area is both indoors and outdoors and subject to variable temperatures.
  • May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights.

Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
