The Menlo Circus Club is seeking an experienced, full-time Grill Sauté Cook to join our kitchen team, responsible for preparing meals for our members and events. Our kitchen operates as a scratch kitchen, utilizing high-quality, seasonal ingredients.

We are looking for someone who excels at grilling but is also versatile enough to work in all areas of the kitchen. Ideal candidates will possess excellent knife skills, strong mise en place abilities, and a deep understanding of various cooking methods and techniques. Key qualities for this position include multitasking, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining current sanitation standards while being quality-driven. We value individuals who take pride in their work.


Must be available on weekends and holidays.


Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States.

$25.00-29.00 USD Hourly, Full-Time, Medical, 401K, Meals, Employee Assistance Program. Pay based on experience.

Requirements:
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role at a grill station.
  • A high school diploma, a culinary degree or certification, or equal experience.
  • Good understanding of sanitation standards and health codes.
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, members, and guests.
  • You have dependable transportation and are on time for work.
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays.
