JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • TEACH "Circuit Training" to 2 to 3 participants in an office gym located in Randolph, MA
  • Usually there will be 8 to 10 exercises in the circuit, although this number can vary based on time available.
  • To get the most from the circuit training for those participating, it is best to perform a full-body workout.
  • You will have access to weights, machines and the use of body weight to develop a full circuit training workout.
  • You must have a written workout plan before teaching the class as there may be both beginners and intermediate participants in the class.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must have a personal training certificate such as NASM, ISSA, etc. that is current.
  • CPR/AED certificate must be current.
  • Background check required.
  • Must be able to instruct the class two times a week starting at 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The days can be Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Instructor must always be on time because those attending the circuit training will be getting off work in the building at 4:30 PM and ready to start the circuit training.
  • Familiar with Mindbody application but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
