Are you a motivated, high-performing therapist looking to build a consistent caseload, earn strong income, and work in a structured, supportive environment?
Circle of Wellness (COW) is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving individuals, couples, and families across the Richmond community. We are seeking two clinicians to join our team.
This role is ideal for therapists who are ready to maintain a consistent caseload (25+ sessions/week) and want a practice that provides the referrals, structure, and support to make that sustainable.
Compensation
Licensed Clinicians: $60$65 per session
License-Eligible Clinicians: $35$45 per session
Paid for eligible late cancellations/no-shows
Monthly pay (not dependent on insurance reimbursement timing)
$60 per completed client letter
$25/hour for approved meetings/trainings
Clinicians who maintain 25+ sessions/week experience the strongest income consistency and overall success in this role.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
Manage a consistent caseload aligned with full-time expectations
Collaborate with team and participate in required meetings
Deliver ethical, high-quality clinical care
Qualifications
Licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or license-eligible
2+ years clinical experience preferred
Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family systems
Comfortable maintaining a full-time caseload
Full-time status begins at 22 sessions/week (benefits eligibility).
Most clinicians maintain 25+ sessions/week for consistency and income stability.
Preferred Candidates
Male therapist (to support client preference and current service gaps)
Clinicians comfortable working with children/adolescents and Couples
Benefits (Full-Time Eligible)
50% employer-paid health insurance

8 paid holidays
$300 annual CEU reimbursement
