ABOUT CHANGING LIVES PRODUCTIONS:

Changing Lives Productions is the video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, aimed at creating positive content for the social media generation. Our short, motivational videos focused on life, business, and relationships receive over 1 Billion views monthly and have garnered over 40 Billion views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. The team is led by Dhar Mann, a mission-driven entrepreneur with a global audience of over 90 Million social media followers and one of the highest viewed content creators in the world today. Our stories depict real life situations shown by actors that teach important life lessons, inspired by Dhar Mann's personal experience of success and failure. The company is driven by one founding principle: We’re not just telling stories, we’re changing lives.

THE ROLE:

We’re launching a brand-new content division focused on creating short, cinematic, viral videos that actually move people. We’re looking for a one-person production machine—someone who can direct, shoot, and edit compelling, story-driven content at a fast pace. You’ll work closely with our screenwriters and producers to take a script and run with it—from concept to final cut.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Bring scripts to life through creative shot planning, directing, and hands-on shooting
  • Direct talent on set—coaching emotional performance while keeping things on schedule
  • Operate camera and oversee visual composition, framing, and movement
  • Edit the full video (story cut, pacing, emotion, etc.) with a strong narrative instinct
  • Add light color correction, sound design, and basic polish to elevate the final product
  • Collaborate with a small but mighty team to create high-quality content fast
  • Own the creative vision from concept to completion
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3+ years of experience directing, shooting, and editing narrative or branded video content
  • Strong eye for cinematic visuals and storytelling
  • Experience working with actors and pulling great performances
  • Fast and efficient editor, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven creative environment
  • Positive, collaborative attitude—able to stay cool and focused under pressure
  • Social-first mindset and bonus points if your past work has gone viral
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT:

You’ll help define the creative tone of a brand-new content wing from the ground up. If you love storytelling, fast shoots, real impact, and wearing multiple hats, this is your dream role.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Director, Shooter reports directly to the Production Manager
