The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse

What You Will Do

  • Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

  • Support activities of daily living

  • Maintain clear, timely documentation

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
