This newly created position (Tax Manager) will play a key role in tax compliance, reporting, and strategic planning across a diverse and sophisticated organizational structure. This position will partners closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Finance, accounting team, investment professionals, and external tax advisors to ensure accurate, timely, and wellโ€‘coordinated tax processes. The Tax Manager will function as a trusted internal expert, bringing rigor, insight, and organization to an increasingly complex tax environment.

Designed with longโ€‘term growth in mind, the role offers progressive responsibility, structured knowledge transfer, and deep exposure to advanced tax matters. It is ideally suited for a technically strong tax professional who values collaboration, enjoys working with complex ownership structures, and is motivated to build longโ€‘term expertise within a stable, wellโ€‘resourced organization where tax strategy meaningfully informs financial and investment decisionโ€‘making.

Experience Requirements

  • 5โ€“8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a sophisticated family office environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership taxation, trust and estate taxation, and highโ€‘netโ€‘worth individual tax planning
  • Experience supporting real estate investments, private equity structures, and multiโ€‘entity ownership arrangements strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel capabilities required

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or Taxation (required)
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Taxation (preferred)
  • CPA designation required
