About the Role

As Associate Director of Church Engagement, you will:

  • Build and deepen relationships with senior church leaders
  • Coach and resource churches to mobilize members for discipleโ€‘making movements
  • Network with training organizations to connect expertise with church partners
  • Inspire churches to embrace Godโ€™s heart for unreached Muslim peoples
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partnership impact
  • Travel periodically for church visits, events, and conferences
  • Raise 100% of your financial support (salary, benefits, ministry expenses)
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a love for the local church
  • Professional public speaking skills and confidence engaging senior leaders
  • Strategic thinker with strong networking and relationshipโ€‘building abilities
  • Five years of experience in sales, customer service, or ministry preferred
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
  • Ability to raise and maintain personal support
