LEAD CREATIVE PRODUCER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH
JOB OBJECTIVES
  • Leads the Media Production team and oversees the creation of a weekly kids show and other media projects that bring Eagle Brook Church's mission to life
  • Works closely with the Media team to ensure creative excellence and alignment across church-wide initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Supports large-scale projects, provides strategic creative input and helps guide the professional growth of team members
  • Reports to the Media Strategy Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Supervises and leads media producers and screenwriters, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration
  • Supports the creation and development of the church's kids' media, ensuring it engages children and supports biblical teaching in a creative way
  • Partners with the Media Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to offer creative direction, guidance and quality control for church-wide media and branding efforts
  • Collaborates Creative team members to deliver impactful content for weekend services
  • Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned, staying flexible to meet the team's and church's changing needs

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Participates in church services, volunteer opportunities and ministry events to stay connected with the church's community and mission
  • Explores industry trends, creative inspiration and innovative techniques to share with the team
