Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and upholding worship experience standards.
- Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, creating, planning, and executing production for all campus-specific events, including outreach events, volunteer meetings/rallies, baptisms, youth events, etc.
- Oversee all Production volunteers, training, structures, and systems.
- Create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations as necessary.
- Maintain the campus's technical equipment and work with the central AV/Tech Department for repairs and upgrades.
- Assist in the production execution of all non-weekend special events as needed (weekly run-throughs and all-church events).
- Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Passion for Production excellence and setting a distraction-free environment
- Strong technical background, including proficiency in using and troubleshooting AVL gear.
- High-level networking/relational strengths

- We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
