Job description

The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from August 10 to December 24).
  • You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.
  • You'll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.
  • You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.
  • This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.
  • Assist with the overall leadership of the campus, executing the vision of the church.
  • Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience, and plan for strategic growth initiatives.
MUST-HAVES
  • A desire to pursue vocational ministry.
  • Passion to pastor people and build leaders.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
