NOW HIRING IN CAMP HILL, PA!

Capitol View Construction (CVC) has an opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Construction Administration Manager to join our team. This position serves as a central administrative resource for our construction operations and works closely with project managers, field employees, accounting, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. The role supports project administration, construction accounting, billing, payroll, and the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy construction company.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support for construction operations, project managers, and company leadership.
  • Manage construction accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, job costing, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll and labor administration, including employee time records and allocation of labor costs to construction projects.
  • Coordinate vendor and subcontractor administration, including onboarding, agreements, invoices, payments, and required documentation.
  • Manage general office and operational administrative needs while keeping projects, records, deadlines, and priorities organized and on track.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of administrative, accounting, construction administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, job costing, or construction accounting strongly preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with BuilderTrend, Yardi, or similar systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
