Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm (5-day workweek)

Our Chapman Chrysler Jeep location in Henderson is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through a seamless and stress-free vehicle buying experience by providing knowledgeable, customer-focused support from first contact through delivery. This is a great opportunity for motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquires via phone, email, text, and live chat
  • Schedule and manage sales appointments with prospective customers
  • Match customers with vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
  • Stay current on inventory, product features, and automotive technology
  • Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver sold vehicles and ensure a positive ownership experience
  • Track and manage leads and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers who are not yet ready to purchase to generate future opportunities

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and goal-driven personality
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to build report and guide customers through the buying process
  • Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
