Auffenberg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Level 2 &3 Technician to join our dynamic team in Shiloh, IL. Responsibilities
• Diagnose and diagnose complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer systems.
• Perform a wide range of vehicle repair and maintenance services, including oil changes, brake jobs, tune-ups, and transmission repairs within required timelines.
• Utilize specialized automotive tools, testing equipment, and OE-level scan tools/ computers as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles and services.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspection results, and customer concerns.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain organized parts storage.
• Abide by all safety regulations while performing repair and maintenance services.
Requirements
• Automotive Technician experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles
• Knowledge of computerized diagnostic and repair techniques
• Experience with OE level scan tools/ computers
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• CDJR certified (Levels 2 & 3 Preferred)
• Relevant certifications in the Automotive industry
• Valid driver's license and strong driving record
