Description of the role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stellantis/Chrysler Technician to join our team at Jeff Belzer Auto Group in Lakeville, Minnesota. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specifications. You will also provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs and ensure a prominent level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs, including fluid changes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Master or Journeyman Technician (preferred)
  • Level 2 & 3 Certifications (a plus, but not required)
  • Diesel Engine experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Post-secondary education in automotive repair (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with a "Team Player" mentality
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • ASE Certification (preferred)
