SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Product Life Cycle Coordinator supports the execution of product lifecycle activities across Fragrance, Beauty, and related product categories. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information within Microsoft Dynamics 365, coordinating production-related activities, supporting inventory and purchasing processes, and ensuring product data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Operations, Finance, IT, suppliers, and external manufacturing partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Product Information Management
  • Create and maintain item numbers, configurations, and product records within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Support new product setup activities by entering and validating product information, attributes, dimensions, UPCs, pricing, and related master data.
  • Audit product information to identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate attributes and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot product data issues and escalate complex system-related concerns as needed.
  • Support Item Motif and configuration management processes by maintaining accurate product configurations.
  • Support special projects, product launches, and continuous improvement efforts as assigned.

Fragrance/ Beauty
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Support Work Order (WO) creation, processing, and closeout activities.
  • Assist with creating Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order (PO) management and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor component inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Track material consumption and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Support data collection for product cost analyses and reporting for components

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of experience in product information management, production coordination, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working within an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches, manufacturing operations, inventory management, or master data management is preferred.
