Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer I researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units and other electronic devices; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Perform design activities as assigned by supervisor
  • Produce preliminary reports and analysis
  • Produce preliminary schematics
  • Run validation testing
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience & License or Certification:
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
  • PhD is optional
  • Master degree is optional
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Specific Degree Field Preferred: Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):
    • ESD
    • Safety Training, as dictated by Safety Department

Skills and Abilities:
  • Entry level skills utilizing schematic capture tools
  • Entry level knowledge of electrical analysis packages
