Job Summary:
Blommer Chocolate Company has been providing delicious, high-quality chocolate and cocoa products since 1939 and is seeking a Manager for SAP Business Solutions & Data. The role involves leading SAP delivery and execution, optimizing SAP solutions and processes, and ensuring data and analytics enablement while overseeing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of SAP S/4HANA enhancements, projects, and support aligned to approved priorities and governance frameworks
• Translate DBT strategy into executable roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and resource plans
• Ensure delivery meets defined timelines, budgets, and performance targets
• Oversee design, configuration, enhancement, and support across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO)
• Enable end-to-end processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report
• Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency, automation, and process standardization
• Ensure SAP data readiness to support reporting, analytics, and downstream integrations
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance compliance, and reporting reliability
• Partner with analytics teams to enhance system usability and decision-support capabilities
• Oversee SAP production support, ensuring SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and system stability
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement in uptime, reliability, and defect reduction
• Lead and develop a high-performing SAP team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Deliver SAP initiatives on time and within budget, meeting defined throughput and backlog performance targets
• Maintain system stability through SLA adherence, defect reduction, and uptime performance
• Drive measurable improvements in business processes (e.g., cycle time reduction, automation, error reduction)
• Ensure SAP data accuracy and governance compliance supporting critical business operations
• Deliver scalable, standardized SAP solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
• Build and develop a high-performing team with strong cross-functional capabilities
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC supporting end-to-end business processes in manufacturing environments
• Strong experience across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) with integrated process design
• Experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementations (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Experience with SAP integration, data migration, and system interoperability
• Proven ability to lead SAP delivery teams and manage competing priorities across projects and support
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within budget
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and financial operations
• Experience supporting SAP within multi-site or complex operational environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Proven leadership, team development, and coaching capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud) preferred
• SAP S/4HANA Business Process Integration certification (or equivalent experience)
• At least one SAP functional certification (SD, MM, PP, FI, or equivalent)
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred:
• SAP Activate Project Manager or S/4HANA System Conversion certification
• Multiple SAP functional certifications across modules
• Experience or certification in SAP integration or enterprise architecture
