About the Role:
Join the team at the Institute For Orthopedics & Chiropractic, PLLC as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
  • Collecting copays and patient balances.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Handle patient check-out and follow-up appointments.
  • Support a positive office culture and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:
  • Good attendance & punctuality is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a receptionist preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
