We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized chiropractic receptionist to join our high volume Life Center. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our Life Center and provide assistance to our patients and other visitors. You will be responsible for phone coverage for all patient hours, office upkeep, checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments, corresponding with patients and other offices related to records and referrals, and maintaining the organization of our reception area.

Working Hours:

Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 7:15am-12:30pm

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 2:30pm-6:30pm

Chiropractic receptionist duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and other visitors to our Life Center
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
  • Field all phone calls
  • Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address
  • Utilize our computer system (ChiroTouch) to enter patient insurance information and verify benefits
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
  • Register new patients and update necessary records
  • Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriately
  • Process payments from patients
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
  • Manage inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinate reordering
  • Uphold the positive reputation of our Life Center by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner

Chiropractic receptionist requirements and qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
  • Experience with ChiroTouch or similar software is a plus!
  • Friendly and compassionate disposition
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
