Job description

Front Desk & Therapy Bay Assistant

**Chiropractic Practice — Murfreesboro, TN**

**Full-Time**

## About Us

We're a well-established chiropractic practice in Murfreesboro that has been serving the community for over three decades. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and hands-on team member to join us as a Front Desk & Therapy Bay Assistant.

## About the Role

This is a hybrid position that splits time between the front office and patient care support in the therapy bay. You'll be the first face patients see when they walk in, and you'll also help them through parts of their treatment — so we're looking for someone who's just as comfortable on the phone and computer as they are working directly with patients.

## What You'll Do

**Front Desk**

- Greet patients and check them in/out

- Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments

- Verify insurance and handle basic billing/payment collection

- Maintain patient records and keep the front office running smoothly

- Manage office supplies and keep the reception area welcoming

**Therapy Bay**

- Set up and assist patients with therapies (e.g., electrical stimulation, traction, heat/ice, mechanical tables)

- Guide patients through therapy protocols as directed by the doctor

- Monitor patients during treatment and communicate any concerns to the clinical team

- Keep the therapy area clean, organized, and stocked

## What We're Looking For

- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

- Comfortable multitasking between administrative work and hands-on patient care

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email)

- Prior experience in a chiropractic, medical, or wellness office is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person

## What We Offer

- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience

- Friendly, team-oriented work environment

- Opportunity to learn hands-on patient care skills
