Office Manager I Family Chiropractic Practice
Some people light up when they walk into a room.
Babies smile at them.
Kids remember their name.
People naturally feel comfortable around them.
If that's you, keep reading.
At Clear Chiropractic, we don't just answer phones and schedule appointments. We welcome growing families during some of the biggest moments of their lives. We celebrate new babies, cheer on milestones, comfort nervous parents, hand out stickers and snacks, and make every person who walks through our doors feel like they belong.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, naturally takes ownership, notices the little things, and wants to help lead a growing practice. If you've ever been told, "You're just so good with people," and you're also the person everyone counts on to make things happen, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Who You Are
• You genuinely love people and naturally make others feel welcome.
• You love babies, children, and families.
• You're warm, positive, and people often describe you as outgoing.
• You notice details that other people miss.
• You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
• You enjoy creating order and improving systems.
• You communicate confidently and professionally.
• You stay calm when things get busy.
• You enjoy leading by example.
• You're just as comfortable greeting a new patient as you are organizing projects, training a teammate, or solving operational problems.
• You want to grow into a long-term leadership role.
What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on leadership role. One moment you may be interviewing a candidate, training a new team member, or improving an office system. The next, you'll be answering phones, checking in patients, holding a baby, or making a nervous child smile. If that combination excites you, you'll probably love it here.
Patient Experience
• Welcome every patient and family with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Answer phones and help prospective patients feel cared for from the very first conversation.
• Manage scheduling, patient communication, check-in/check-out, and payments.
• Hold babies, entertain toddlers, celebrate milestones, and help create an office that feels like home.
• Create an exceptional experience that patients talk about long after they leave.
Office Management & Leadership
• Keep the practice running smoothly day to day.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Lead team meetings and help create a positive culture.
• Improve office systems and workflows.
• Help manage office expenses, projects, and operational priorities.
• Hold yourself and the team accountable to high standards.
• Identify problems before they become bigger issues and create practical solutions.
• Support the doctors by taking ownership of the operational side of the practice.
This Position Is For You If...
• You naturally take ownership.
• You enjoy learning and growing.
• You love serving others.
• You are highly organized.
• You take initiative without being asked.
• You value teamwork.
• You genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience for every patient.
This Position Is NOT For You If...
• You're looking for "just a paycheck."
• You need constant reminders to complete tasks.
• You struggle to stay organized.
• You make excuses instead of finding solutions.
• You dislike working with people.
• You become overwhelmed when things get busy.
• You prefer doing the minimum rather than taking ownership.
Schedule
We're open to hiring either a part-time or full-time team member for the right person.
This is a hands-on leadership role, so we're looking for someone who has flexibility to support both patient care and office operations. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the practice and the strengths of the person we hire.
Some afternoon availability is required. Saturday availability is strongly preferred but may be flexible for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$29 per hour, depending on experience, ownership, leadership ability, and overall fit.
Benefits include:
• Complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family
• Ongoing training and professional development
• Opportunities for advancement into leadership
• A positive, supportive, mission-driven team environment
How to Apply
Please submit:
• Your resume
• A cover letter answering the following questions:
- What excites you about working with babies, children, and families?
- Why do you believe you'd be a great fit for Clear Chiropractic?
- What hourly rate are you hoping to earn?
- Tell us one thing about yourself that isn't on your resume.
***Applications submitted without a cover letter will not be considered***
Candidates selected for the next stage of the hiring process will be invited to submit a brief video introduction before interviews are scheduled.
We're not simply hiring another employee. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our mission, our culture, and the families we have the privilege of serving.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you <3
