Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chiropractic Assistant, Billing Person role based in Farmington, UT. The role involves greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out, and providing front desk receptionist support. Daily tasks include answering phones with professional phone etiquette, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The position also includes handling billing processes, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to support providers and ensure timely, organized patient flow.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with patients and team members.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on empathy, patience, and clear communication.
