This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-quality home care services to patients, with a clear salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year. In this role, you will be able to utilize your expertise to improve patients' quality of life through cutting-edge therapeutic techniques and compassionate care.

This role is primarily focused on home care, allowing you to provide personalized therapeutic services in the comfort of patients' homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment programs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various conditions, resulting in measurable improvements in patient function.
  • Deliver compliant and high-quality care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, contributing to an integrated model of care.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, self-management strategies, and preventive healthcare practices.
  • Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals, ensuring effective use of resources while meeting business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including those dealing with orthopedic impairments, pediatric disorders, neurological conditions, and sports injuries. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

  • Proficiency in word processing and computer skills necessary for effective documentation and communication.
