Powered by our proprietary MyChip1 intelligence platform, youโ€™ll have instant insight into global supply health, real-time market availability, and pin-to-pin alternatives for any MPN or BOM. This smart system turns great salespeople into market experts, giving you the intelligence and speed to win deals before competitors even know they exist.

The Mission (Essential Functions)
  • Hunt & Close: Prospect new business aggressively. You will be given leads, but your success will come from your ability to dig, cold call, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Market Arbitrage: Use your diagnostic skills to identify supply chain gaps for customers and fill them using Chip 1โ€™s global resources.
  • Own the Relationship: Move beyond being a vendor to becoming a strategic partner. You will negotiate pricing, manage high-volume accounts, and ensure Chip 1 is their "First Call".
  • Manage the Cycle: Monitor your active purchase orders and shipments in our XCRM to ensure on-time delivery and protect your pipeline.
  • Global Collaboration: Work extended hours or evenings occasionally to facilitate communication with our overseas teams and close international deals.
Requirements:Who You Are
  • A "Hunter": You don't wait for the phone to ring. You are a self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Resilient: You understand that "No" is just part of the path to "Yes." You have the grit to make the calls and the confidence to ask for their business.
  • Qualified: You have 2+ years of sales experience (B2B or Electronic Components preferred) and the ability to travel up to 50% to solidify key relationships.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting) for frequent periods.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a keyboard.
  • Must be able to verbally communicate to exchange information.
  • Occasional ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 5 pounds.
