What are some common challenges Chinese Servers face when working in multicultural restaurant environments?

Chinese Servers often encounter challenges such as language barriers, differences in customer expectations, and adapting to diverse workplace cultures. Chinese servers, like other restaurant servers, can potentially earn $100,000 annually through a combination of high tips, especially in busy or upscale establishments, and base wages.
