Job description

Apni Mandi is a major Indian grocery chain located in the Fremont California area. We are growing rapidly, now, we have four large stores and will have seven stores in 2027.
We are seeking two experienced and skilled chefs. These individuals will lead our menu development and oversee a large kitchen in our large Fremont store.
The qualifications for these roles include:
1. At least 5 years experience as a chef cooking Indo-Chinese food.
2. Be a natural leader and able to organize and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
3. Demonstrate the ability to be a part of a team that is dedicated to high standards of culinary service and customer service.
4. Preference will be given to candidates that speak Hindi.
