A DAY IN THE LIFE
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department
  • Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions
  • Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items
  • Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns
  • Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases
  • Work closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activities
  • Assist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materials
  • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assets
  • Help maintain inventory of marketing materials and event supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

General Responsibilities:
  • Support special projects and marketing initiatives as assigned
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand standards across all materials
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
  • Internship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn digital marketing tools
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
