As an LCSW with Imperia Counseling, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children.
• Collaborating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning interventions with identified family needs.
• Monitoring and evaluating progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.
• Providing education and support to families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to aid their child's development.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to enhance learning opportunities.
• Engaging positively with children and their families, building rapport to foster trust and effective communication.
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations and standards for practice.

This position primarily focuses on children from birth to three years of age, particularly those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will significantly impact these children’s lives, enabling them to achieve critical developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By assessing individual developmental pathways and providing tailored interventions, you will contribute directly to positive outcomes during pivotal early years.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current Licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to families' homes or community settings.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
