Wellcure Mental Therapeutic Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our remote team based in Plano, Texas. As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of clients' homes or through virtual platforms. This flexibility fosters a relaxed environment conducive to open communication and effective therapy. You will collaborate with a diverse Child Family Treatment Team which includes other therapists, service providers, and community stakeholders dedicated to the well-being of our clients.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions focused on improving behavioral outcomes for children and adolescents, either in home settings or through teletherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to target specific mental health concerns, including anger management, coping strategies, and social skills enhancement.
• Actively engage with children who demonstrate high-risk behaviors, particularly self-injurious behaviors (SIB) or physical aggression, providing them with the tools to manage these challenges effectively.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making skills among adolescents and their caregivers to address behavioral issues at home and improve family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the Child Family Treatment Team to provide insights, share progress, and collaborate on treatment approaches.

Our primary focus is on assisting children aged 3-20 who are navigating the challenges associated with developmental disabilities and intellectual disorders. We provide a supportive atmosphere where each child is empowered to achieve their individual goals, and caregivers are equipped with the tools necessary to foster their child's development.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Texas.
• Availability for at least 5-10 hours of work per week during after-school hours (4 PM to 7 PM), with the possibility of weekend flexibility.
• Experience in providing positive behavior support strategies is essential.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for home visits.
• A clean criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory.

• Previous experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with intellectual/developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish or Portuguese will be given preference, as we aim to serve diverse communities effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
