• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health issues, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive view of their circumstance.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of the school-aged population.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster healing and resilience.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans designed to help students meet specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive support plan that ensures every child receives holistic care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance students' coping skills and emotional intelligence.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address acute mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Your work will focus primarily on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and behavioral issues. You will engage with diverse families and backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects the unique experiences and challenges faced by each individual.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
