We are currently seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to apply their expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on family law and have the ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Areas of practice include but are not limited to divorce law, child custody, negotiation, mediation, and courtroom representation.
Responsibilities:
1. Representing clients in all stages of family law proceedings, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, and support issues.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting complex family law litigation documents.
3. Negotiating and mediating on behalf of clients to resolve their legal disputes amicably and cost-effectively.
4. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and obligations under the law.
5. Preparing and presenting cases in court, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Developing case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
7. Keeping clients informed about their case and maintaining regular contact with them.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of family law experience, specifically in areas of divorce law, child custody, negotiation, mediation, and courtroom representation.
3. Active membership in the state bar association.
4. A proven track record of success in family law litigation.
5. Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
