Part-Time | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM | Pay Rate: $16.35 Hourly

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Child Care Substitute, you will be responsible for assisting classroom Teacher with the implementation of the educational program. You will maintain an effective working relationship with other staff, parents, and children. This job is on an as needed basis. You will report to the Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. Monitors safety and behavior of children.
2. Follow and implement daily schedule appropriate for the age group of children for which responsible.
3. Assist Teacher with preparing and executing daily activities based on children's individual development/needs.
4. Maintains order within center.
5. Sanitize classroom and equipment.
6. Assists with meals and snacks.
7. You will perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Experience:
• Must have knowledge and ability to work with appropriate software applications and communicate quickly and effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to work with children, remain calm, and patient in case of emergency situations and difficult situations.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job that may include lifting up to 55 pounds, frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
• Experience working with children.
