This is a rare opportunity to partner with a high-caliber CEO and CFO to create an exceptional MFO focused on using wealth is a tool for impact, intentional living, and multi-generational legacy rather than purely portfolio optimization. • Operational Leadership: The day to day operations of the multi-family office, service delivery, and project management while delivering seamless, high-touch experiences to each client family.

  • Vendor Management and Partner Relationships: Develop partnerships with vendors who help the MFO operate efficiently, and proactively develop partnerships with outside specialists (tax, legal, estate planning, insurance, aircraft management, property management, etc.) who will deliver excellent solutions for client families.
  • Strategic Execution: Design and refine operating systems that enable disciplined growth while maintaining exceptional service quality as the firm selectively adds client families.

This position requires previous leadership experience in a multi-family office. If you have led operations for a growing MFO, and you are enthused about the opportunity to shape culture, build scalable infrastructure, and create lasting impact for UHNW families, please reach out to learn more.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive including an excellent base salary, performance-based annual cash bonus, and a meaningful long-term incentive plan that creates wealth as the MFO becomes more valuable.
