Job description

About AppJaxx

AppJaxx is a fast-growing marketing agency helping marketing agencies, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers scale through LinkedIn lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and automated CRM processes. We combine data, technology, and strategy to deliver predictable, measurable growth for our clients.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to own our growth strategy, sharpen our positioning, and drive scalable systems across acquisition, delivery, and expansion.

Position Overview

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will lead AppJaxx’s overall business and growth strategy, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, operations, and client delivery. This role is central to identifying growth opportunities, refining offers, improving systems, and ensuring the company scales efficiently and profitably.

The ideal candidate is highly strategic but execution-aware—someone who can design winning strategies and ensure they translate into real-world results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute AppJaxx’s overall growth and business strategy aligned with revenue and scale objectives.
  • Develop and refine service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and market trends to guide decision-making and optimization.
  • Build scalable systems and frameworks for lead generation, appointment setting, client onboarding, and retention.
  • Ensure consistency in positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all client-facing touchpoints.
  • Establish SOPs, playbooks, and strategic processes to support predictable and repeatable growth.
  • Continuously evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and proactively optimize for scale and profitability.
