Job Posting The City of Andover is seeking an experienced Deputy Fire Chief to help lead our progressive combination fire department. This leadership position serves as the department's Training Officer, supervises personnel, responds to emergency incidents in command and operational roles, supports emergency management, and assumes department leadership in the Fire Chief's absence. Qualified candidates will have progressive municipal fire service experience, supervisory leadership, Firefighter II, EMT, Fire Officer II, Instructor II, and a commitment to developing firefighters while delivering exceptional public service.

Advanced education, command experience, and National Fire Academy training are preferred.
