Orthopedic Surgeon – General / Sports

East Chicago, IN
$450,000 – $525,000 | 1:6 Call | Flexible Schedule | H1B Eligible

She Recruits is partnering with a highly respected Northwest Indiana health system operating within a HIMSS Stage VII designated hospital — one of the most advanced digital healthcare environments in the country.

This is an opportunity for a General Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports interest welcomed but not required) to step into an established, high-demand practice with strong referral support and modern surgical infrastructure.

Practice Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility
• 1:6 call rotation
• 30 patients per clinic day
• Strong surgical block time
• Collaborative orthopedic service line
• Tech-forward, paperless system

Clinical Scope:

• General orthopedic procedures
• Joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
• Fracture management
• Arthroscopic procedures
• Sports injury treatment and rehabilitation planning
• Coordination with PTs, athletic trainers, and PCPs
• Surgical and non-surgical case management

Technology:

• EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation
• Robotics and advanced surgical platforms available
• Fully integrated digital workflow

Compensation & Benefits:

• $450K – $525K base salary
• RVU and quality-based bonus structure
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
• 6 weeks flexible time off
• 403(b) with employer match
