Job Summary

Oversees, coordinates, and prioritizes all service work performed within the electric motor shop, including motor rewinds, pumps, mechanical repairs, machining, and shipping/receiving functions. Ensures efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, cost control, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
