Urology Opportunity Near Chicago
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00

A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This opportunity offers strong surgical volume, robotics access, excellent compensation, and the ability to help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Strong Compensation: $700K-$800K base salary + RVU production bonuses

* $50,000 Sign-On Bonus + relocation assistance

* Robotics Available: Access to 2 robotic systems and modern ORs

* Flexible Practice Structure: Mix of clinic and OR based on physician preference

* Subspecialty Interests Supported: Ability to incorporate subspecialty focus while maintaining general urology scope
