JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT / RISK MANAGEMENT!

Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?

We seek motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional performance improvement and risk management to Chicago Behavioral Hospital. The Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management is assigned to the performance improvement program to assist the leadership, medical staff, and facility in designing, planning, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive and integrated PI and Risk Management programs. This position is also designated as the Hospital Compliance Officer.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

  • Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting involving quality improvement preferred.

Compensation:
