  • Access to advanced tools and resources, including sensory equipment, adaptive technology, and online assessments.
  • A culture of respect, inclusion, and growth—your voice matters here.
  • Work-life balance is a priority—we encourage breaks and respect personal time.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • NBCOT Certification and Colorado state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent clients (ASD, ADHD, Developmental Delays, etc.) preferred, but new graduates with a strong passion for neurodiversity-affirming care are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of sensory processing, self-regulation, and fine/gross motor development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—teamwork is highly valued.
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care and child-led interventions.
Why Join Us?
  • Consistent caseload with dedicated, engaged families.
  • Opportunities for mentorship and professional growth in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.
  • Flexible scheduling, including telehealth options to accommodate work-life balance.
  • Collaborative approach—work alongside psychologists, speech-language pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and mental health counselors.
  • An environment that prioritizes clinician well-being—our clinic operates Monday through Thursday, 8 AM - 6 PM, with no required after-hours work.

  • Competitive salary (based on experience).
  • Comprehensive health insurance, including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees.
    • Disability insurance.
    • Free life insurance (up to $25,000).
  • Company-issued laptop (if desired).
  • Professional development support:
    • $200 CEU stipend annually.
    • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,200 per year.
  • 401k with employer matching.
  • Daytime hours only—no evenings or weekends required (but, if you're available and willing, we have clients looking for after-school sessions).
