Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Cherokee County Schools

Cherokee County, Georgia | Full or Part-Time | In-Person

Looking for a school-based SLP role where you feel valued, supported, and part of something bigger than yourself?
Comprehensive Therapy Consultants is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students across
Cherokee County Schools, a high-performing district just north of Atlanta.

About the Role:

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll evaluate and treat students with a range of speech and language needs, collaborate with educators and families, and help your caseload reach critical milestones in communication and confidence.

You’ll work in a district that values your role as a key part of student success—and with a company that makes sure you’re never doing this work alone.

Our Mission at CTC:

At Comprehensive Therapy Consultants, we’ve been therapist-focused for over 40 years. We believe the best way to support students is to first support the therapists who serve them. That means putting people over placements, offering real mentorship, and fostering a culture where your expertise is respected and your goals are heard.  We’re not a corporate recruiter network—we’re a community of professionals committed to changing lives, one student at a time.

✅ Job Requirements:

  • Passion for bringing life-giving excellence to school-aged children
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Georgia SLP license, or ability to obtain one
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Benefits We Offer:

  • Competitive salary & full benefits package
  • Reimbursement for license and CEUs
  • 401K with company match
  • Optional 12-month payroll schedule
  • $500 referral bonus for every full-time, school-based therapist you refer and we hire
  • Access to a nationwide Employee Discount Plan for travel, theme parks, events, and more
