We are seeking an experienced, visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a chef-driven, upscale dining destination located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, GA. This is an opportunity for a passionate culinary leader to shape a flagship concept, build a high-performing team, and create memorable dining experiences that honor tradition while embracing innovation.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring excellence in culinary execution, food quality, and kitchen performance
  • Develop and evolve seasonal menus that blend Southern American and Mediterranean influences
  • Create and maintain recipe standards, plating guides, and operational procedures
  • Sous Chefs and culinary team members
  • Drive food cost, labor cost, and overall kitchen profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Southern American cuisine and Mediterranean culinary techniques
  • Proven success in managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Demonstrated experience with menu development, recipe costing, and kitchen financial management
  • Strong understanding of food cost controls, labor management, inventory systems, and P&L performance
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing culinary teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Restaurant opening experience preferred
