Location: Pepin, WI
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | Monday & Tuesday OFF

A growing culinary operation is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its team in the beautiful Lake Pepin region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys working with a team, maintaining high food standards, and helping drive a successful kitchen operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise, train, and develop culinary team members
  • Oversee food preparation, line execution, quality, and presentation
  • Monitor service flow, ticket times, and kitchen organization
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and cost control
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Step into a leadership role when the Chef is unavailable
