  • Prepared high-quality food with great flavour, colour, texture, and appearance by following standardized recipes
  • Ensured meals were ready to be served at the required times, helping keep service smooth and timely
  • Use a Resident-focused approach to create a home-like dining experience by showing initiative, supporting themed meals, helping during special events, and assisting any Team Member who needed a hand

  • And supported your team as needed.

When you apply, if you have your credentials, we will try our best to reach out to you within the week (hopefully within a few days). When you’re eligible with us for benefits, you can expect a variety of them:

  • Pension/RRSP matching
  • And many Company Events like our annual recognition parties, team theme parties, lunches, outings, gift cards, and paid days off

We prioritize promoting from within and support our employees' educational needs because we care for the team we have put together. We come to our workplace each day understanding that we are entering our Residents' Home, and we are there to support them. While we don't take ourselves seriously, we take our jobs seriously and love to have fun with each other and the Residents!
