Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate homeowners on available solar programs and gather the necessary documents for proposal preparation
  • Follow up on pre-set and self-generated leads and guide projects through to contract signing
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with team members—and enjoy the process!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with documented success (in-home sales experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce) and communication platforms such as email, Chatter, and WhatsApp
  • Comfortable discussing financial details and tax implications with homeowners
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
