Join a precision team where your skill at turning raw material into perfectly machined components makes all the difference. We specialize in custom, high precision parts Plastic Injection Molds. If you take pride in flawless setups, smooth changeovers, and holding tolerances down to ±.0005″, you’ll feel right at home. This position requires a forward thinker with the knowledge and ability to manufacture precision parts for the Plastic Injection Industry. Responsibilities:

  • Load fixtures, tools, and programs; perform offsets and probe cycles
  • Swap tooling and fixtures between jobs with minimal downtime
  • Read blueprints/CAD drawings and make appropriate G code adjustments
  • Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM to ensure ±0.0005″ accuracy
  • Diagnose issues (tool wear, chatter, program errors) and implement fixes
  • Log setup sheets, inspection records, and machine maintenance
  • Determine the appropriate tooling, work holding, and machining process needed to produce a high-quality metal part.
  • Produce high quality products.
