COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Hourly: $15.00

Monday - Friday (1st and 2nd shift), full-time, non-exempt

ONSITE: 202 Gaffney, 29341

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Report issues/problems to immediate Supervisor

Perform consumable inventories as needed

Identify how many boxes are required to ship before the job is printed.

Ensure all paperwork is completed properly

Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure clarity.
  • Self-starter who takes direction well but also able to work independently initiating projects and ideas.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Ability to perform with minimum supervision
  • Working knowledge of basic math

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift/handle various sized boxes that weigh 25 pounds
  • Must be able to consistently stand, walk, stoop, climb, bend, lift material or equipment that may weigh 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work overtime/weekends; proactively ensure coverage for respective areas
  • Must be able to work and meet deadlines

Performance Measurements:

  • Safety: OSHA recordable accidents and lost time due to accidents
  • Quality: Credits, Re-dos, Scrap,
  • Service: DNS (Did Not Ships)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Computer Skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
