About the Role:
MVD Express is looking for a motivated and friendly Contact Center Representative to join our team! This position plays a vital role in supporting customers over the phone and through chat, so we’re looking for candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar. If you enjoy helping people, pick things up quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule Requirements:
Must be available:
Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers via phone and chat, helping them find the services they need
  • Set up appointments for MVD Express products and services
  • Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every interaction
  • Manage customer information and track communications
  • Accurately document conversations and customer needs via phone and email
  • Take initiative and go the extra mile to engage and support our customers
  • Perform additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong writing skills, including accurate spelling, grammar, and tone
  • Friendly and professional phone presence
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
