Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week


Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is looking for a Processing Support team member to join our fast-paced auto salvage operations. This hands-on role plays a key part in preparing vehicles for customer access. Processing Support is responsible for removing fluids, batteries, catalytic converters, and premium wheel/tire sets, as well as cleaning out vehicles and scanning inventory through de-pollution technology. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications:

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, outdoor environment
  • Able to use tools and equipment safely and properly
  • Follows safety and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts and vehicle systems
  • Able to use company technology for inventory scanning and task completion
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Works well in a team and communicates effectively
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remove fluids from vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Remove catalytic converters, premium wheel/tire sets, and batteries
  • Clean out vehicles to prepare for customer access
  • Use technology to scan inventory and track work during de-pollution
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Maintain and organize tools and equipment
  • Assist other team members as needed in the processing area
  • Report any issues with tools, inventory, or safety immediately
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
  • Perform other labor-related tasks as assigned
