As a Customer Service Representative - in the Digital and Phone Support role, you will be a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers seeking help with everyday banking needs. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and personalized service through incoming phone calls and online chat, helping customers navigate their accounts, digital banking tools, and common transactions with confidence. You'll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and provide clear solutions - escalating or referring customers when additional expertise is needed - while creating a positive, human banking experience built on trust and respect.

    Be a welcoming, reassuring presence for customers by phone and chat, creating positive experiences through warm, professional, and timely support.
  • Be a trusted guide
    Answer questions, resolve concerns, support internet and mobile banking needs (including account setup, access, and troubleshooting), and connect customers with the right team members for more complex needs-always with patience and care.
  • Protect what matters
    Safeguard customer information by following all banking policies and procedures, verifying identities, reporting suspicious activity, and upholding the highest standards of privacy, compliance, and security.
